Cities Skylines....

While I'd not do any massive modding to a game myself, I do like watching those that do and some are jaw dropping in scale, complexity, time and effort. Not to mention looking great.

Strictoaster's new project (Cities Skylines: Seenu) is looking like it won't disappoint.
