I'd thought I'd competed all the challenges on The Author redress of the Sapienza map; But after clicking though I noticed the Feats had been reset. Even the disguise count was at zero and that's not possible with other disguise based challenges completed before it. Like disguising as one of the targets to meet the other. Or the Superfan.
Anyway annoying but it didn't take long to get them done again.
