Star Trek Online....

Progress and general gameplay goes on. Xbox and PC but definitely more PC.

With the reintroduction of the Temporal agents the associated transponder has seen some changes and updates. My 'main' science character is a Temporal agent and with a 100% complete transponder she had little difficulty in both reclaiming items and finishing off the latest 'new' additions. Thankfully, unlike the previous Jem'Hadar transponder changes things are 'backdated' this time round.
The 3 new transponder entries need the Solanae Sphere, Iconian war and New Romulas episodes be completed. Not a hard thing. New Romulus and the Sphere were the first I did in that order; For me the Iconian War is a drag. As good as the story is it does become a bit of a repetitive 'filler' grind. So no wonder I'd not completed it with her previously or yet today.

The current event is ongoing and I've been using it to grind out reputation marks on alts as well as ship mastery on a lot of ships across a lot of alts. Which sounds more organised than it is in reality. Alts, their ships and fits are not in any order. 'Just' whatever 'feels' right/ok on them at the time. All very ad-hoc. yet all more capable than just being dil desk jockeys.

I've also been using the event to level my Fed Ferengi... He's sat as a level 4 for too long and as he can queue for the event he may as well use it to level.....

I still can't fathom why the in game version of the Maru test was decided on being the polar opposite of what it should be(a 100% fail test in franchise but  now 100% can't fail for the in game event). Yea I get it from the company angle, for the event it can't be a fail but dámn the challenge was good when you could have the fail potential. I'll have to stop complaining about that(as he logs on a Ferengi to sponge XP).

Once again the characters at the social areas (bank, exchange, ship vendors) are of interest..... Kudos.
