Fallout 4 survival mode getting an overhaul....

Just spotted an article that sparked my interest over on digitalspy.com.
In that article they quoted news from Bethesda's twitter page:

We’re also doing a complete overhaul of Fallout 4 Survival mode. Food, sleep, diseases, danger and more. Stay tuned.

I wonder what way things will work when they release these changes, how harsh will things really be.
Interesting times ahead for sure. Roll on the DLC as well.
