It may take some time and luck to clear the last room. But a drive to finish it and move on to then clear the wizard quest is the real driving factor. It's just that it all revolves around ... fishing....
I did finish off the casino access quiet quickly and on the 8th or so spin of a slot machine gained me 25000 casino chips. Enough to buy what I wanted without spending that much gold (for chips). The Top Hat and the Alien Rarecrow... That was a bit too easy.
