If it's true, it seems that CCP is removing all VR development. Talk about cutting your losses. CCP were "so" into VR development and now it's just going. That news makes me even more convinced that the change of Eve Valkyrie to be a non VR game was an attempt to get customers; Get customers so they could milk any who stayed in the game before letting it die a slow and lingering death a la Dust 514... Cash grab CCP at it again. Steam stats are not kind to the game. Who knows how long they will leave it running, I doubt it will be over a year. The longer they dont' develop it the more players will look elsewhere. Says a lot about CCP when the only game that lasts is Eve Online and that's a constant knife edge balancing act. Not that they learn from any of it at all....
Makes me look at the Eve Vegas presentation in a new light.
