I've enjoyed the benefits of Provi's NRDS rules in the past (mainly in the area's that are newly turned green). It allowed me to experience nullsec from a solo, semi group and non committal way (without selling my soul to the main null overlords).
With all the changes to the game of late and the upcoming changes to structures it's sad to me to see all that Provi had taken away not to mention the NRDS way of life. Damn my nostalgia.
I was only thinking last week of putting my PvP alt into a Provi Corp. Maybe it's time to finally check out Wormhole space.
