The current Elusive Target has proved to be as easy to do as they say. While it's super easy to go for a poison/accident kill(I might do that on the xbox version for shiz and giggles); I went with the suit only silent assassin chandelier drop.

This was my 13th successful Elusive Target which completed the Elusive Targets III challenge, as well as unlocking the signature suit with gloves suit option.
