Moving on from my last post about my Eve sub woe. A nice GM got back to me. The GM changed the account to an Alpha and I got a refund.
However it seems that (from the GM's tone) that they were saying it was my fault for not canceling the reoccurring billing option.
Which is strange to me given I wasn't paying for it (see last post, alpha account->plexed->plex ends->player charged without being asked). They don't see it as a problem, maybe I'm nit picking. That's CCP's problem to worry about. They see what they see from their side and I can't be bothered to puch and try and get an answer for what I see as the real problem. Will it happen again? Not to me but for someone else out there.... Maybe......
