I really like that most people eliminated the target with the pen(to the eye) last time and that on his return now he's got a bandaged eye.

As with most Elusive Targets 'just looking around' a map can lead to eliminating the target by chance. This time it turned out to be awkward and messy with a dose of second guessing. Very far from a perfect run but it worked out in the end for the most part.
